Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
 

Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on services already booked or consumed

• Non-refundable components may include permits, reservations, third-party charges, or administrative costs

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days, subject to banking procedures
   

Program Rescheduling

Where feasible, program rescheduling or credit notes may be offered instead of refunds.
 

Force Majeure

No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations due to events beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or travel bans.
